The Kynren- England's blockbuster tale of Family, Kindred, Generation. This outside all seated performance takes you on an amazing journey through 2,000 years of Myth, Legend, History. As the sun settles on Auckland Castle, the 90 minute continuous action packed performance begins. Thus the castle being the backdrop, out of the water, rises, castles, cathedrals. Pyrotechnics bring this all to life. As darkness falls, the Kynren goes deeper into Legend.

Friday 20th- This morning we join our coach , at pick ups yet to be decided, and travel North. On route we have a comfort stop, and short breakfast stop. We continue on to Harrogate, a lovely town , renowned for its enchanting parks and floral displays. Also Betty's Tea Rooms.

We stay at the Redworth Hall Hotel in Bishop Auckland for 3 nights Dinner , Bed & Breakfast.

Saturday 21st- This morning we join our coach and travel to Bishop Auckland, for a visit in this small town.

In the late afternoon we have the KYNREN, warm clothing, sensible shoes, for a spectacular show.

Sunday 22nd -Today we take a day in Durham, a city with a beautiful Cathedral, from the very top you can see into the Durham prison fitness yard- should you want, of course! Lots to do here, in this city. Stroll through the streets to this city's UNESCO world heritage site, housed in a free facility to provide an overview to this site, and to what makes DURHAM so significant. From here we travel back to our hotel.

Monday 23rd- Today we join our coach for the journey home, after a lovely weekend. On route we will have a comfort stop in Skipton. Skipton is renowned for being a busy small town in North Yorkshire. A thriving market based in the centre amid the many shops. Time here for a bargain, and a spot of lunch. Then we make our way to Cheshire, expecting to arrive late afternoon.
